This is a full-time, live-in position responsible for the management of multiple residence halls housing approximately 150 to 250 students. This 12-month professional staff member fosters an inclusive and welcoming community focused on the safety and well-being of their residents while providing an exceptional residential student experience. Specific duties include assessing students’ needs, guiding and supervising undergraduate student staff, conduct investigations and judicial meetings, counseling referrals, hall/facilities management, and other administrative duties.
