The Executive Director for Student Disability and Accessibility Services provides senior leadership for a large university disability services program, ensuring student-centered delivery of accommodations, support, and accessibility initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Health and Well-being, this role oversees operations, staff, and budget, while guiding strategic direction for Disability and Access, the Disability Cultural Center, and Longhorn TIES. Serves as the institution’s primary expert on student disability law and compliance, maintains a limited student caseload, and collaborates across campus to advance accessibility.
