The Assistant Director of Residential Support is responsible for the overall management of student success initiatives, programs, and student interventions.

 

Housing & Residence Life is an auxiliary enterprise and is funded solely by customers who use our services. Housing & Residence life staff members are expected to demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising, training, and mentoring Resident Directors;
  • Collaborating with academic partners to develop strategies/programs for student success;
  • Guiding Residence Life staff retention efforts at the floor and hall level;
  • Directing efforts with the Intentional Interaction Model and Living Learning Communities;
  • Serving as part of a life-safety on-call rotation;
  • Other duties as assigned.
