Indiana State University seeks a dynamic Executive Director of Residential Life to provide strategic and visionary leadership for a comprehensive residential program serving approximately 3,500 students across residence halls and university apartments.
Reporting to the Vice President for Student Experience and Engagement, this role positions the residential experience as a core driver of student engagement, learning, belonging, and persistence. The Executive Director leads a student-centered residential curriculum, oversees operations and fiscal management, partners on capital planning and facilities strategy, and collaborates broadly across campus and with community housing partners.

Required Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in college student personnel, higher education, counseling or human resources, or related field and 10 or more years of experience or a Doctoral degree in college student personnel, higher education, counseling or human resources, or related field with 7 or more years of experience.
