The Assistant Director of Community Standards and Restorative Practices is a 12-month position promoting a learning environment for student accountability and success. This is often accomplished through individual meetings and interactions, investigating issues of behavioral misconduct regarding Creighton’s Community Standards. Will perform complex, advanced and manages highly confidential information and files. Responsible for student education, federally required and other training, and developing and updating student-facing policies and procedures. Serves as an investigator and conduct officer for on and off-campus student and student organization cases involving behavioral misconduct.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student conduct, student affairs, or a related area in higher education.
