Anticipated Job Summary
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of University Housing and is a key member of the Residential Inclusion and Leadership Education team within Residential Life / University Housing. This role supports the development, implementation, evaluation, and administration of both formal and informal educational programs focused on student involvement, leadership skill development, inclusion, and belonging within the residence halls. Using a residential curriculum model, the Program Coordinator delivers educational experiences that promote cultural competence, community engagement, and leadership readiness. The position also supervises student paraprofessional staff who support residential programming. All University Housing staff will foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment within University Housing.
Anticipated Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search process is complete. The salary range for this position is TBA (at minimum it will be $52,000).
This position is intended to be eligible for benefits. This includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, a Retirement Plan, Paid time Off, and Tuition waivers for employees and dependents.
