Position Summary: The Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) plays a critical role in the administration and management of a comprehensive housing program. The RHC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residence hall or group of residence halls, which house 250 to 700 residents. This position involves staff supervision, building management, process administration, and general departmental responsibilities while implementing a residential curriculum that fosters student growth, community building, and engagement.The RHC reports directly to an Associate Director of Residence Life.
